Beatrix (Trix to insiders) helps ambitious entrepreneurs with communication, PR and strategy in the broadest sense. With her extensive experience in communications and media, combined with creativity and business savviness, she is a welcome consultant with innovative insights for clients; she offers solutions they had not yet thought of themselves.
Beatrix started at 23 as a copywriter for the Amsterdam cultural world including the Tropeninstituut Theatre, Het Concertgebouw and Muziektheater. After jobs as a television programme maker and PR and communications consultant at a PR agency, she started her own communications and PR agency in 2002. She did campaigns for clients that immediately got them full-page articles in national newspapers. Her angles and press releases are new and interesting, generating the right attention.
First online PR course
Her business changed along with the economy and society, and she was one of the first to engage in information marketing and sharing specific professional knowledge via the internet. This developed further into creating various programmes including an online PR course for entrepreneurs. This was the first fully digital course on PR and communication on the Dutch market.
Because she likes to continue to develop herself even after her studies in musicology and cultural studies at the University of Amsterdam, she took a course in business coaching in the United States, enabling her to serve her clients better.
